GEO ALLIANCE has successfully completed installation of Propak (Canada) refrigeration system on Lutsenkivske gas processing plant.

The soil on the drilling site is removed, temporary road construction is about to start. Contract for drilling is being negotiated with the contractor. The well depth is projected to reach 5150 m.

The well is expected to be launched in the 1st quarter of 2012. The well depth is projected to reach 5950 m.

Electric submersible pump (ESP) installed in well #2 Berestivske

An electric submersible pump (ESP) is being installed in well #2 Berestivske in order to boost oil production. As a result oil production is expected to increase 2-2,5 times.

Drilling on well #11 Lutsenkivske is progressing on schedule. Casing setting is planned for July. The delivery of the well is expected in October 2010.

GEO ALLIANCE has contracted Schlumberger to perform borehole geophysical surveys and Halliburton for cementing works on well #11 Lutsenkivske. The works have been successfully completed.
